I have always been super anxious about presentations and public speaking(including class participation), which made me avoid them as much as possible. But as time went by, I realized that this was only making things worst even though it gave me temporary relieve. So I asked myself, “What is making me anxious and why am I so afraid”? That’s how I came up with these 3 steps.
